Architectural Applications
Posted By on March 6, 2018
Many Real Estate transactions have been completed. On a few occassions, new owners have started renovating and remodeling their unit without obtaining architectural approval first. As a reminder, an Architectural Application must be filled out and submitted to management. All Architectural Applications are thoroughly reviewed and if there are questions management will be in contact with the owner. It is important to know that you cannot proceed with work until you receive architectural approval first.
The Neighbor Awareness form is always necessary as notification that a construction crew will be onsite and there will be noise and activity around the unit, is very important to publicize.
Permits will need to be added to your application for electrical and plumbing changes.
The Architectural Committee must approve your application. The committee has sixty (60) days to approve your application. However, we understand owners would like to get started with modifications as soon as possible so we work diligently with the Architectural Committee to get the process moving along.
We will be glad to assist in making sure you have all the information the Board needs to make a decision about your application.
