Modifications to Unit

All architectural modifications must be submitted to the Association’s Architectural Review Committee for their review.  Written approval from the ARC must be  received prior to the commencement of any architectural modifications, or fines will be levied against the owner’s account and may require modifications or removal of unauthorized work of improvements at your expense.


Lockboxes

As a reminder, and as per the MSC1 Rules & Regulations, whether you are remodeling, renovating, painting or selling your unit, and need to use a lockbox, you must come by the onsite office and register it. If your lockbox is not registered, the lockbox will be removed and disposed of. Lockboxes that are registered will have a timeline as to how long they can be placed in the common area.


Elevators

Let’s continue taking care of our newly, modernized elevators. If you are having a piece of furniture moved in, please be sure to have the furniture piece padded, as well as advise communitycare@actionlife.com 7 business days in advance so that the elevator pads can be put up for you. If you are planning a full move please contact our Move In Department at moves@actionlife.com.
